Treatment Schedule
A structured weekly programme of therapy, fitness, and personal development — designed to rebuild habits, restore health, and lay the groundwork for lasting change.
Structure That Works
At One Step, every day follows a clear routine. Clients wake at the same time, eat meals together, attend therapy, train, and reflect — all on a set timetable. This is deliberate. Addiction thrives in chaos; recovery starts with structure. Our schedule balances clinical therapy, physical training, group work, and downtime so that clients stay engaged without burning out. The timetable is consistent week to week, but individual therapy sessions, psychiatric reviews, and activity choices are adapted to each client's needs and stage of treatment.

What the Schedule Covers
Every element of the timetable serves a purpose. Here is what each pillar of the programme contributes to your recovery.
Group Therapy
Daily group sessions use CBT, process therapy, and relapse prevention. Clients share experiences, challenge patterns, and build peer accountability.
Individual Counselling
One-to-one sessions with your assigned counsellor, tailored to your history, triggers, and goals. Psychiatric reviews are scheduled as needed.
Fitness & Movement
Morning training includes Muay Thai, gym sessions, yoga, or swimming. Physical exercise restores dopamine function and reduces cravings naturally.
Structured Routine
Set wake times, meal times, and session blocks. Routine replaces the chaos of active addiction and builds the daily discipline clients need long term.
Workshops & Life Skills
Afternoon sessions cover topics like emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and practical planning for life after treatment.
Evening Groups & Downtime
12-step meetings, reflection groups, or free time in the evening. Rest and social connection are as important as the clinical work.
Weekends & Excursions
Saturdays are for excursions and activities outside the facility. These are not rewards — they are part of the treatment. Learning to enjoy life without substances is a core recovery skill.
- Saturday excursions: hiking, temple visits, waterfalls, and cultural trips around Chiang Mai
- Sunday morning: optional yoga or meditation, followed by a lighter schedule
- Free time for rest, reading, swimming, or video calls with family
- Evening group or 12-step meeting to close the weekend
