Why Activities Matter in Recovery
Active addiction can last for years. During that time, people stop exercising, drop hobbies, and lose touch with what they used to enjoy. By the time they reach treatment, many clients genuinely cannot remember how to have fun without a drink or a substance.
That is a problem — because boredom and isolation are two of the biggest triggers for relapse. If all you do in treatment is sit in therapy rooms, you leave without the practical skills to fill your time in healthy ways.

Muay Thai
Professional training at our on-site fitness camp. High-energy sessions that build discipline, release aggression, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all levels.
Swimming
Our on-site pool is available daily. Swimming reduces stress, promotes relaxation, and provides a full-body workout without high impact on joints.
Gym & Fitness
Structured training sessions with professional instruction. Realistic goals, high-energy workouts, and small-group training that works for every fitness level.
Tennis, Badminton & Pickleball
Our shaded court hosts racquet and paddle sports daily. Friendly competition that improves coordination, focus, and social connection.
Yoga
Yin yoga sessions led by qualified instructors. Develops self-awareness, emotional regulation, and physical flexibility — skills that carry directly into recovery.
Meditation

Every weekend, clients explore Chiang Mai and northern Thailand. These trips are highlights of the programme — real adventures that show you what sober life can look like.
Temple Visits
Explore Doi Suthep and other Theravada Buddhist temples across Chiang Mai. Sacred sites with pagodas, shrines, and murals — moments of stillness and cultural immersion.
Mountain Hikes
Trek through the mountains around Mon Jam and Doi Luang Chiang Dao. Flower fields, step-farming, and panoramic views — with Arabica coffee at the summit.
Waterfall Trips

No. All activities are adapted to your fitness level. Whether you have never exercised before or you are an experienced athlete, our trainers adjust sessions to suit your ability. The goal is participation and enjoyment, not performance.
Daily fitness and yoga are part of the structured programme and strongly encouraged — physical recovery supports mental recovery. Weekend excursions are optional, but most clients look forward to them as a highlight of the week.
